Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

  • Instant digital delivery. Right after your payment is confirmed, you're redirected to a secure download page with your eBook.
  • Email backup. A receipt email with a unique download link is sent to the address you used at checkout. The link is valid for repeated use; clicking the button always generates a fresh, time-limited download URL.
  • Format. The eBook is delivered as a PDF (with a Word version included), readable on any device.
  • Didn't get the email? Check your spam/promotions folder, then use the "Resend download email" button on the thank-you page, or email kioriagladys@gmail.com.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If the eBook isn't what you expected — for any reason — email us within 14 days and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. No drama, no lengthy forms.

How to request a refund

  1. Email kioriagladys@gmail.com from the same address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order receipt or the email you received from Digital Hub Blueprint (so we can locate the purchase quickly).
  3. Optionally tell us why — your feedback helps us improve, but it's not required.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase fall outside this policy. We may still review them on a case-by-case basis — get in touch and we'll do our best.

Chargebacks

If something's gone wrong with your purchase, please reach out before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both of us — and we can almost always sort it out in a single email.
